It's been a long, busy day. I've run all over town getting things notarized, making calls, making copies. Whew. It's been 9 years since I filled out a job application or thought about a resume (I'm so glad it's just a formality and not actually needed to be hired.) I hope I don't have to do any of this again anytime soon. I forgot how much pounding the pavement is required to get a job (imagine if I was really out there REALLY TRYING to *find* a new job.) It's been an experience. I'll be glad when the dust settles and all this proves worth the stress.

On that note, I'm going to go veg in front of the TV.
